VVC visits

• Everyone should have their physician VVC clinic already (or very soon)
• If the patient is booked in the physician VVC clinic, then the same time slot on the regular schedule should be blocked (ask your HAS clerk)
• Use the Ambulatory Care Note title but with the following disclaimer (best thing to put this in a template and clinic it to add):

  Video on Demand
  Telehealth Disclosure: Visit conducted by clinical video telehealth. Patient verbal consent obtained. Location/emergency number confirmed.

• Encounter in the VVC clinic
• When doing the encounter it should be to the amount of time spent face-to-face with the patient and select modifier 95 “Synchronous Telemedicine Service.”
• Then Select Diagnosis like a regular visit
