Above are the names of the different quality measure metrics that are used to review your individual panels. Your section chief will either access the data for you or show you how to access the data yourself.
Example of data points that are reviewed often:
• Blood pressure above 140/90
• A1c above 8
• Colon cancer screening
• Appropriate use of Statin in patients with known cardiovascular disease or diabetes
• Vaccinations
Please discuss with your respective section chief how they would like for you to review the above data
