1. Go to Notes (bottom tab) -> New Note (bottom left side of screen) -> Ambulatory Care Note (Again make sure to link to the appropriate visit)
2. Next steps are exactly as in the New Patient Note, using your own template, encounter will only be slightly different
3. Encounter for an established patient, the only difference is it is an ESTABLISHED PATIENT under type of visit
a. 99213 (expanded problem focused) is the minimum we do, most are 99214 (detailed)
b. Note that you can select problems from the problem list, can also add new diagnosis at this time if needed
