> 2cm adrenal adenoma with high HU.
Perform biochemical workup as follows:
- order dexamethasone 1 mg, instruct to take at 11pm night prior to labs
- 8am cortisol, dexamethasone, aldosterone, plasma renin activity
- 24 hr urine total and fractionated metanephrines OR plama free metanephrines.
- eConsult Endo if has questions with results.
- Repeat CT in 2 years for surveillance.
